即使一再潔淨身體,真實也不會發生,即便潔淨千萬次之多。

即使逃避瑪雅,從物質世界中撤退(飢餓),也無法達到真實;即使我們滿足心智的慾望,獲得全世界所有的財富也不會達到真實。
即使你知道再多,有多少知識,多少理論,也沒有一個有用。
那要如何讓"真實"(Such 真理,真實) 發生?如何破除錯誤的幻象(真理上的障礙)?
喔Nānak,藉由行走向天命。藉由臣服於神的意志。--(這是註寫在你之中)
--接受你自己如其所是的樣子,不要嘗試去淨化你自己,因為當你嘗試去淨化自己,你是在說你現在的樣子不夠好。宇宙所創造出來的你不好,你需要變得更潔淨。嘗試去滿足所有的慾望,你是在說:我沒有,我是空的。嘗試去閱讀所有的真理書籍,是在說你不夠聰明,所以guru nanak 說去服從你內在的Hukum。必須明白一切都以京具足在你之內。
宇宙已經在流動,跟著宇宙一起流動。當你以個人意志做得太多,等於再跟宇宙說:這不好,有更好的。所以你追求知識,追求潔淨,追求靜默,追求避世或滿足一切物質慾望。
